Delete your Avoguard account

Avoguard does not yet have a delete button in the app. You can ask us to delete the account from this page.

How to ask

1. Email saficai@strathmore.edu from an address you can receive mail at.
2. Use the subject “Delete my Avoguard account”.
3. Include the phone number on the account, and your first and last name.

We use those details to confirm the request is yours. We aim to complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

The account, profile picture, farms, blocks, scouting records, photos, voice notes and problem reports linked to that account.

What can remain

A copy in a backup until that backup is replaced, and security logs kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse or a fault. Crash and analytics data already sent to Firebase is kept under Google’s retention for that service and is not used to identify you in the app after the account is closed.

This request covers the Avoguard app only. The privacy notice explains the data the app collects.
